| The article takes the specification 030x108 of the ladder flat type connector units for an example. Firstly, doing a three-dimensional analysis of the connector's mechanics characteristic such as its status under static force and stress distributing on the condition of thinking about stage nonlinear of the structure by using big collegiate finite element analysis software-ANSYS. Then making improvement on the structure of the connector, and makes more academic analysis and experimental study. The result shows that the life of the improved flat type connector units is increased markedly.secondly, making general analysis and study, then provides reference advice for the type choice of the flat type connector units. |
