Research On Traffic Impact Analysis System Of City Residential Project

With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy and society, the process of urbanization is accelerating, the city land development efforts continue to strengthen. High intensity of land development has led to city traffic supply and demand imbalance, exacerbated the conflict between land use and transportation systems. Traffic impact analysis is the effective means to coordinate this conflict, avoiding excessive development and utilization of city land led to the deterioration of traffic environment phenomenon. Residential construction projects are always the focus and hotspots of city land development. It is characterized by large amount of project development, land utilization rate is high, high concentration of population, is the city important traffic source, and its traffic characteristics are quite different from other types of development projects. So, it has great practical significance to study the technology and method of traffic impact analysis of residential projects.This paper analyzes the traffic characteristics of residential land and interactive relationship between residential land and city traffic; According to the present situation of transportation in China proposed traffic impact analysis process of residential projects; By analyzing the key problems of traffic impact analysis, and proposed appropriate solutions; Establish the traffic impact degree of residential projects evaluation system for multi-index, using AHP to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation system, multi index performance parameters of element model for evaluation of residential traffic impact degree.Because GIS has powerful spatial analysis capabilities to serve the traffic impact analysis. In this paper, based on the theoretical research of the key technology on residential traffic impact analysis, set up the information system of the traffic impact analysis, and has carried on the system function requirement analysis and data flow analysis. Using the GISDK function of transportation planning software TransCAD combined with VB, develop software of traffic impact analysis on residential projects, which can achieve a quantitative evaluation of traffic impact degree. Greatly reduce the workload of manual analysis and processing data in traffic impact analysis, improve work efficiency, but also makes the evaluation results more accurate and reliable.Finally, the paper gives a conclusion of the research work and put forward the deficiencies exist in the paper, prospects further research work in traffic impact analysis.
