Study On Landscape Planning Of High-tech Park

Since 1950s, high-tech industry has been developing rapidly, and the role which high-tech park plays has been more and more important to the contribution of economic prosperity. As a result, the high-tech park has become a new economic engine of the city gradually. While the construction of high-tech parks can not do without landscape design, cause excellent landscape and appropriate environmental investment can help attracting the best companies, promoting economic boom as well as the fast growing of GDP, and building a new urban area with economic growing, resources intensive and ecology harmonious. However, for many domestic high-tech parks, vitality loss has become one of the most prominent problems.This thesis started from the basic research of high-tech parks, and focused on characteristic research and analysis of the parks both at home and abroad, including Silicon Valley, Tsukuba Science City, Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park, Hangzhou High-tech Park and Chongqing Xiyong Micro-Electronics Industrial Park as well to provide a reference for practice. On the other hand, in order to infer design principles and measures, the thesis tried to find out the deep reasons of vitality loss from both urban planning side and landscape design side. And then, measures were putting forward from these four aspects, including the characteristic systems, open space system, architecture landscape and also landscape facilities, hoping that the problems could be solved by creating a new pleasant environment and by setting humane facilities to attract people. And this is what the thesis exactly wants.
