The Research On The Villages In The Urban Fringe Reconstruction Of New Zone District Xi'an

As the rapid development of urbanization in our country,the extreme density of population and social economic activities pushed a great pressure on the running of the city.In order to solve the following series of problems and contradictions,the new zone construction in big cities continued to rise,and the establishment of the new zone became one of the important ways to share the function of the city center.At the same time,the development of new zone expanded the space gradually.In this process,a great number of villages have been included in the city range.Influenced by the dual structure for a long time,most villages unavoidably developed into village in city,and the severe problem greatly restricted the development of big or media-sized cities. According to the evolution of village in city,we can learn that it is just the beginning of this process.If we can take advantage of new zone development and take effective ways to guide and control the development of village in the urban fringe,the village in city will be greatly reduced,and it's also beneficial to release the function of new zone.Divided into five parts,this article goes on a research on the reconstruction methods of village in the urban fringe during the development of new zone in Xi'an:Part one is to analyze the conception of urban new zone and village in the urban fringe,explaining the range,object,significance,aim and ways of research,then generalize the related theories and practice across the world,pointing out the shortcoming of some former research.Part two is to study the change of villages in the process of space expansion in Xi'an.Combined with different periods,I select various types of villages to compare in longitudinal and latitudinal ways,explaining the dynamic and static change of villages in this process.Finally,I analyze the interaction between urban new zoneand village in the urban fringe.Part three is about the current situation and major problems there under the development,analyzing comparatively current characteristics of village in the urban fringe from two different types—developing and potential ones.And based on the research,I analyze the obstacle and power mechanism of the development of village in the urban fringe.Part four concludes the main methods of"building new from removing villages"practice in the big and media-sized cities around the country,and then do some research mainly in Xi'an,choosing typical village to analyze,for example,the practice in Xi'an economic and technologic development zone,and generalize existed problems of reconstruction process.Finally,based on the above research,I conclude the inspiration of reconstruction practice,and pose the detailed methods of reconstruction and protective methods to carry on from policy and planning.Part five is based on the reserch and facts,analyzing the reconstruction methods of village in the urban fringe in the new zone development of Xi'an.First,confirm the aim and guiding principles of reconstruction,then,make researches on the planning methods of village in the urban fringe and put forward the general way,finally,explain the planning methods combined with the experimental villages,and give some suggestions and measures to make sure the reconstruction goes smoothly.
