The Study Of Village Land Use And Planning In Urban Fringe Areas

In the new era,the urban fringe areas of our country have been developing rapidly under the influence of urbanization.The construction scale of cities and villages has been based on "incremental planning" to ensure the development needs.With the continuous increase in the scale of land use,many new urban problems have emerged.Among them,the relationship between construction land and farmland is severe,and under the premise of guaranteeing basic farmland volume in villages,“incremental planning” is continued,and land resources available for construction land are very limited.Therefore,the development of management and research of the use of village land,effective revitalization,and reuse and management of village land with high potential have become the new situation and new requirements for urban planning.We strive to achieve “reduce quantity and improve quality”.In the implementation of the national increase-or-decrease-link policy of urban and rural construction land use."This thesisr starts with a study of villages in urban fringe areas and takes the development of villages along the Nanpan River area as the research object.Through the matrix analysis of the land use changes in the dam area of Qujing City from 1997 to 2017 and the analysis of the research status,we propose a study to research the problems,difficulties and development demands in the villages in the region.Three typical villages with different models in the region were selected as cases to study.From the three cases,I summed up the experience worthy of promotion and learning,and lessons need to be learned and paid attention to.It also tries to summarize the common problems and appropriate solutions for some village land use in the comparison of the cases,and refines the ideas,concepts,and points that can be used in village land planning,and selects the villages along the Nanpan River in Qilin District,Qujing City to carry out actual regulation plans.This thesis divides villages into three types: development type,control type,and withdrawal type according to the status of village land use in the urban fringe of Qujing City.The corresponding space control measures are proposed for each type of village and guide the adjustment of village construction land planning indicators for the phenomenon of out-of-control land use in villages such as “hollow village” and“air-empty village” along the Nanpan River,so that village land use can be intensified and village construction can be sustainable.
