The paper mainly study using the ANSYS software to the ripple pipe culvert's stress,used different aperture,different depth of fill ripple steel pipe establishment mechanical model in this project in commonly.Carry on the analysis to the distortion and the stress,and unifies to the ripple pipe culvert scene test situation and the service condition proposed that a set of exhaustive ripple steel pipe culvert's general blueprint,may satisfy the design and the construction request direc.The paper is divided five parts,the first part,the introduction,mainly introduced the ripple steel pipe culvert domestic and foreign development and the research survey;The second part,mainly introduced suiman road,the jiamo road,the hazhao road and three culverts service condition,as well as three roads locate the geographical position and the climate characteristic,analyzed the reason which the culvert destroyed;The third part,is the paper hard core,introduced the ripple steel pipe culvert's common form and the construction feather,through to the ripple steel pipe culvert's scene loading test,obtains under the different operating mode the culvert strain and the stress change rule.Through data and finite element software ANSYS mechanical model computed result mutual contrast which obtains the field test,proved that mechanical model accuracy,then with finite element software to project in commonly used different aperture,in the different depth of fill situation the ripple steel pipe's distortion and the stress carry on the analysis;The fourth part,elaborated that the ripple steel pipe culvert's construction craft,provides the feasible job practice and proposes the application ripple steel pipe culvert some matters needing attention;The fifth part,the conclusion,through carries on the contrastive analysis to the steel ripple pipe culvert's finite element method theory predicted value and the actual situation,explained that uses flexible,the high strength ripple steel pipe culvert,not only has adapts ability which the ground and the foundation distort,may solve the culvert destruction the problem which the ground foundation differential settlement causes.Moreover the ripple just the pipe culvert as a result of the axial ripple's existence,enabled it to have the fine stress characteristic,may through axial and the tangential strain,disperses the influence which outside effectively the load function and the foundation rises frozen. Regarding the frozen earth,the soft soil,the inflation earth and fall the loess area to have the unique structure superiority wet.
