| Corrugated steel pipe culvert has the characteristics of simple and durable, different from forms of other traditional culvert, and increasingly used for road project construction. But a set of detailed technical standard on design and construction has not been formed in our country so far. It causes so much inconvenience to promote the use of corrugated steel pipe culvert. Therefore, the article based on the project examples of corrugated steel pipe culvert in Hubin Highway, combined with a variety of technical problems encountered in practical project, used numerical simulation technology, considered the influence of road structure, material properties, contact state and load form, and built three-dimensional finite element model of corrugated steel pipe culvert by ANSYS, begins the analysis and research on it.According to the position and form of the vehicle load, the finite element models of different load acting position, horizontal load, and the entire vehicle load, were calculated respectively. Then the stress and deformation characteristics of corrugated steel pipe culvert and the vertical displacement of the road structure are analysed, the most disadvantageous position of the stress and deformation and the influence degree of corrugated steel pipe culvert are determined on load acting position, horizontal load, and the entire vehicle load. Under the action of gravity and vehicle load, through the finite element calculation, analysed the influence of characteristics of stress and deformation in the whole culvert on covering soil thickness of corrugated steel pipe culvert, friction coefficient of contact surface between it and soil.In combination with problems encountered of the construction process in a section of Hubin highway, analysed the effect of the filling material and concrete foundation at the lower triangular part of both sides of the corrugated steel pipe culvert, obtained the regulation of strain, stress, subsidence and other indicators of the corrugated steel pipe culvert. Through the establishment of finite element model, analysed steel corrugated pipe culvert group, determined the influence degree and range between corrugated steel pipe culvert and adjacent the other. It is approximatively simplified for bolts of the longitudinal connection of corrugated steel culvert, through coupling degrees of displacements freedom between coincident nodes and releasing degrees of rotations freedom between coincident nodes to calculate and analyse, and considering the influence of bolts layout and quantity at the junction of corrugated steel pipe culverts, obtained the regulation of the stress and deformation. The conclusion through numerical calculation and analysis, provided a theoretical basis for construction control parameters of corrugated steel pipe culvert group in a section of hubin highway, optimized construction methods of corrugated steel pipe culvert, and provided recommendations for improving the structural design of corrugated steel pipe culvert.The article starting from practical project, based that Drucker-Prager criteria is adopted to simulate the elastic-plastic of soil(material nonlinear) and contact state is introduced to consider the interaction between corrugated steel pipe culvert and soil(state nonlinear), established the finite element model more close to the actual project. Under the effect of gravity and vehicle load, obtained the stress and deformation regulation of corrugated steel pipe culvert in various cases by calculation and analysis. Research on feasible prevention measures and construction control parameters, provided reasonable guidance for design and construction of corrugated steel pipe culvert in order to control and prevent diseases, and guaranteed effectively the safety and durability of corrugated steel pipe culvert, has a certain role in promoting popularization and application of steel corrugated pipe in our country. |
