With the inceasing progress of city civilization, human request higher quality of life, thus people's life style, the life appeal, the aesthetic idea and so on, have changed, the botanical garden nature, the function and the scope have also had the huge change, some exclusive botanical garden which serves for the specific crowd presented, such as the leisure space of business district, the work environment space, leisure space of recreation area as well as private garden space and so on.At the same time, as a result of the continuous improvement of urban structure and the function in the city,there have been some special garden space, such as the multi-level crossing bridge space, the building encircle gather spatial, the roof garden space and so on. This kind of botanical garden's geographical location, the environment, the configuration organization of space, the target client, the respective spatial type and the nature have the relative distinctive quality and pointed, its existence form and the turn of expression to the modern science technology and the modern material's level of dependency obvious increase, faced wih these special botanical garden space, the use of convention landscape design technique and the processing method, have not been able to satisfy this kind of botanical garden's special, complex spatial or the type needs, which led to the necessity of China's modern landscape to the exquisite design . Therefore, it requests the pointed research.to the design technique and the processing method .The so-called pointed research is aims at the needs of urban development and human development needs, studys landscape and people comprehensively. The development of garden cannot follow the development of urban, which caused the above-mentioned urban garden space to have the difficulty which many conventional techniques solved; On the other hand, the human is the predominant factor of landscape architecture development, simultaneously is also the aesthetic main body. As the difference of social division of labor, occupation, value orientation, sex age, people's understanding of landscape existence difference, thus has affected the development of landscape architecture, however the development of landscape architecture lags behind the development of human, it can not meet the people growing gardens requirements. Therefore, to resolve these contradictions will studies the two to consider that the subject of aesthetic and landscape of the space environment ,in order to clarify the development of Chinese gardens and characteristics , seize people's changes of lifestyle and ideology in different times, to explores landscape design theory to the Chinese time life. Because modern society's park space are most for the city slicker, based on this article pointedness, the artificial studies person,are in the urban, and the landscape architecture is the multiform botanical garden which serves for the urban citizens. Therefore, the present paper take this as a breakthrough point, with the guidance of human ,social psychology, environment behavior study as well as aesthetics,studys instruction comprehensive system's research person's esthetic behavior and value orientation comprehensively and systematicly, considering all relevant factors in the process of the developmentofsociety and landscape, based on the different boundary territory's urban space constitution, has conducted the pointed research to the botanical garden space's existence form, researchs on space environment, landscape elements, the new science and technology, as well as new materials for the constituent elements of gardens.And based on person's aesthetic activity and the landscape architecture environment space's existence form, to the landscape design and the esthetic main body's person, the landscape architecture development with the social development, person's development with questions and so on social development has conducted the discussion research, revealed that people are the subject of this garden, and using examples analysis and further clarified the point of view; Finally ,it uses a large number of field surveys, interviews and questionnaires on the exquisite gardens comprehensive evaluation to prove the exquisite landscape architecture theory, puts forward China's modern landscape design principles, methods, features, content and deals with such side pyronaridine guidance suggested that China's modern landscape reveals the delicate nature of the the necessity of the development is in line with the aim to provide a social and aesthetic characteristics of the times with the Chinese new ideas of modern landscape design, landscape design with a view to provide a theoretical basis.This paper proposes a few key elements of exquisite landscape architecture garden theory:(1) Designning work satisfie the base specific environment's request, the place carries on specific echoing to the specific environment and continues, and can sustaine all special characteristics of environment itself, so it has good participation (oppositing to users).(2) Design mentality and design work conform to user aesthetic standard request at the same time to meet the social aesthetic standard requirement, Chinese tradition philosophy cultivation trains the social aesthetic.(3) The impact of globalization can not be ignored, the exquisite landscape architecture must meet the traditional aesthetic standard requirement, it also have the contemporaneity characteristic, new technical, the new material, the new culture's multi-dimensional development is the main characteristics of this period.(4) As the main aesthetic landscape, people (users and designers) is an important part of landscape design, landscape design process must be given adequate attention and research.(5) Technical service and a return visit is essential link, before the construction to the end of the conservation , the technical service and the technology between to the two maintenance time coordinated ensure the effect of the later period; modest careful guidance and technical visit is an effective way to improve the practice, and to establish long-term effective mechanism of cooperation.
