As a new type of real estate products, Serviced Apartments have the double virtues of "occupied" and "investment". it has developed maturely in the past dozen years. With the rise of vacation tour, demands for resorts hotel apartment grow continually. Many elderly who can take care of themselves will pursuit high quality way of life like Holiday Endowment if they have enough money.With the development of economic and improvement of living standards, people’s health awareness in the world has become more enhanced. Thus, the demand of vacation, pension, and health is growing quickly. The research on Serviced Apartments design have positive significance. This article explores the design method of this health apartment, using health science theories as a guide.The thesis is composed of four parts.The first part is Chapter Ⅰ, it introduces the following contents in detail:the research background, the research status at home and abroad, the object of study and research content of this article.The second part consists of Chapters Ⅱ and Ⅲ, by summarizing the concept,the distinctions of the similar concepts, basic characters, current situation and the foreground,the new term-serviced apartment will be interpreted in an all-round manner.The third part consists of Chapters Ⅳ and Ⅴ, it researches the health design method of the main building functional space design with some existing examples.Part four is the conclusion part. It summarizes the key point for health design of resort hotel apartments, and is of reference for other similar residential architecture.
