Long-span spatial structure not only depends on material properties but also depends on its reasonable shape,makes full use of the material characteristics to meet the shape and function needs of different architectures, then spans more longer space. Prestressed cable-stayed structure is one kind of hybrid structure which combines spatial structure with prestressed technology, it makes full use of the advantages of different materials, and because of the prestress introduced by cables which layout reasonably, the structural stressed state can be improved, the structural deflection under load can be reduced, and the structural stiffness can be enhanced, then the structure could have longer span.Prestressed cable-stayed structure could meet different architecture shape demands by its novel form and flexible layout, so it is preferred by architects and engineers.Recently, prestressed cable-stayed structure has been widely used in stadiums, exhibition centres and some other large public buildings, engineering personnel and scholars at home and abroad have been carrying out many researches on this structure, based on related projects and engineering practice. Ling-touyan construction is the landmark building of National Agriculture Park in Zhongmu, this paper conducted studies around its cable prestress design and cable tensioning construction. It determined cable prestress of Ling-touyan construction by adopting design method and optimization technique which were simple,reasonable and easily mastered by engineering designers. It also summarized the principles and methods of cable tensioning scheme making, then made the cable tensioning scheme of Ling-touyan construction, on theconcrete scheme, it adopted tensile force compensation analysis method to determine the construction tensile force of cables. After that, it simulated the tensioning process of cables, to investigate the law of structure internal force and deformation during construction in order to compared different tensioning schemes. The study of this paper can be used in the cable design and construction of Ling-touyan, also it could provide reference for cable design and construction of similar prestressed cable-stayed structure. |
