Study On The Project Selection And Scheduling Of Urban Road Construction

With the rapid development of the urbanization and Mobilization,the constant growth of the traffic demand makes the urban road and traffic facing all sorts of problems. Solve the city traffic problem, it is must enlarge degree and invest of road facilities construction, enhance the research of the management system of the urban road construction project. Plan begins before the road project, do good jobs of relevant theoretical research of the construction project of urban road then guide practice of building, and it is prerequisite and foundation of developing urban road traffic. Under our country's particular national conditions, how to use the build resources and funds, how to make the road network reach to the best, and how to enable the least input to obtain the heaviest benefit, it is a challenge and key subject of the relevant theories of the urban road construction project.The thesis aims at the problem that exists in urban road construction in our country, analyze the merit and shortcoming of management system and method of in domestic and international public facilities construction, put forward suitable metaphase, the urban current road construct system,propose the object of the urban road construction. To evaluate the rationality of the urban road network according to the related literature, finding out the problem that road network exist; establish the index and the usual build feasibility model and bi-level programming model to select the project, and to demarcate the inde; Then, to select evaluation index according to the target of construction, apply AHP to give the priority sequence of construction projects. Finally, the paper gives an example of urban road network construction projects prophase management research.
