In the hydraulic system, the synchronous control of the multi-actuator is an important research project. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, more and more engineering machinery, metallurgical machinery, and manufacturing equipment raise higher demands on the precision of the hydraulic synchro-system. As a new type of hydraulic control in hydraulic field, the electro-hydraulic digital control combines with modern control theory to form a digital control system which has the advantages of low cost, high reliability, superior performance. Its application in the hydraulic synchronous control is a crucial approach to enhance the synchronous accuracy of the multi-actuator in the hydraulic system, also the major trend of the hydraulic synchronous technological development.This paper taking the electrolytic lead residual anode washing machine as the research object, firstly the problem occurs in the production during the application of the proportional valve for controlling the hydraulic motor lifting equipment is improved by adopting electro-hydraulic digital valve to control the lifting gear of the hydraulic cylinder driving the lead residual anode plate to do reciprocating motion. Secondly the theory of lifting equipment in the improved washing machine is analyzed, also the high precision double cylinder synchro-control is the premise to guarantee the normal operation is pointed out. And then, the design of electro-hydraulic digital synchro-control system in the lifting equipment is completed according to the force condition of the improved lifting mechanism during the movement, and the digital valve, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump, displacement transducer are selected as its corresponding hydraulic parts. The "master-slave mode" is adopted to the control method; finally, the mathematic model of electro-hydraulic digital synchro-control system is established, and simulated by the MATLAB/Simulink. On the basis of simulation the PID correction link is added to improve the synchronic performance and guarantee the improved lifting equipment in the washing machine can meet the requirements of the production better.The results show that hydraulic synchro-control system which adopts the electro-hydraulic digital control technology has a simple control structure, high anti-interference, and enjoys a higher precision due to the accurate flow regulating of digital valve, as a result prevents the influence from the load change of hydraulic cylinder, the manufacturing precision err of hydraulic cylinder and the leakage err.
