Study On The Multifunctional Indoor Lighting System

This thesis begins with a contrast of the numerous unreasonable designing existed in various types of indoor lighting in China and the trend of emphasizing resource-saving,lighting environment and"green lighting"in European countries and American countries. With an aim to make lighting suit better for people's visual activity,physiological demand and psychological demand, the author put forward a conception of multifunctional indoor lighting. Furthermore, a theoretical framework was established on the basis of the study.During the study, with the theory of"lighting space"being the basis and clue, the author puts forward a"situational mode", summarized some types of typical"situational mode"and found some references for the utilization of lamps and lanterns in interior decoration. These primary findings in turn served as the theoretical basis of multifunctional indoor lighting.Lighting is a very practical technological domain. On the basis of the second chapter and the third chapter, the author's project arrived at a climax in the fourth chapter. In aspects of the studying methodology and direction, the author emphasized on the exploration of how to achieve multifunctional lighting and meet the requirement of"situational mode"through the delicate combination of spatial modeling and lamps and lanterns instead of simply stressing on the pure technological discussion of the lighting system. The conception of"indirect lighting"is served as a clue in this exploration.In view of the above findings, the author concluded that the practical value of the multifunctional lighting system should be further examined in the practical designing and the utilization of lighting system.
