| The incidence of myopia among teenagers in China ranks first in the world.Since the 1970 s,the proportion of myopia among teenagers has been increasing year by year,and the country is paying more attention to the eye health of teenagers at the current stage.Research found that cause myopia of numerous factors,including habits with the eye,age,and course content,time,lighting environment quality,etc.,with the eye of lighting environment quality is an important factor can cause myopia.Many scholars study confirms that lighting environment on physical health and mental health of teenagers have an impact.For example,the lighting environment can not only affect the eye health,the brain nervous system,but also have a certain impact on people’s psychological mood,work efficiency.At present,with the increase of the amount of homework,the evening home learning time increases,and the impact of night lighting environment of home learning space on eye health is also increasingly obvious.Currently,most scholars focus on natural lighting or background lighting in classrooms to carry out studies on students’ satisfaction,eye fatigue and visual efficacy.However,few studies specifically focus on the lighting environment of home learning space with mixed lighting as the background.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out investigation and research on the night lighting environment of home learning space for middle school students with mixed lighting as the background.First,select 112 households with mixed lighting condition of middle school students learning space for lighting environment parameter test,found the problems of lighting environment,learning space for the future provide guidance to the improvement of the lighting environment,optimization and design.Secondly,in view of the survey of 112 households of learning space user satisfaction questionnaire,the questionnaire results with the measured data were analyzed,and the lighting environment parameters and the degree of satisfaction model is established using SPSS software,draw a mixed lighting conditions,when the illuminance value is 730 lx,highest satisfaction;Because the color temperature of the current lamp used by students can be adjusted according to their preferences,and the color temperature distribution of the test is relatively uniform,the analysis data shows that there is no significant correlation between excellent temperature and satisfaction.Compared with the conclusions drawn by current scholars on background lighting,the range of illumination value that can alleviate eye fatigue,improve visual efficacy and achieve the best degree of satisfaction under mixed lighting conditions is relatively high.At the same time,under the condition of mixed lighting,the relationship between illumination evenness and color rendering index and satisfaction degree is linear,that is,the higher the illumination evenness and color rendering index,the better satisfaction degree.Finally,an experimental study was conducted on the lighting environment of middle school students’ home learning space at night to explore the effects of illumination,color temperature and lighting mode on eye fatigue and visual efficacy.The experimental results show that the mixed lighting(background lighting + local lighting)is better than only local lighting in alleviating eye fatigue and improving visual efficacy,and the favorable illumination value of alleviating eye fatigue and improving visual efficacy is different under different lighting modes.Under mixed lighting,keep the background lighting and color temperature unchanged,adjust the illuminance value of local lighting on the working surface.It is concluded that the illumination value between 500 lx and 750 lx is conducive to alleviating eye fatigue and improving visual efficacy.This conclusion is consistent with the illumination value corresponding to the best satisfaction.At the same time,under the condition of mixed lighting,the illumination value of background lighting and working surface is kept unchanged,and the color temperature of local lighting is adjusted.It is concluded that low color temperature is beneficial to alleviate eye fatigue,high color temperature is beneficial to improve the visual efficiency,and medium color temperature is the optimal range which can not only relieve eye fatigue,but also improve the visual efficiency.The research results of this paper are helpful for the design and improvement of night lighting environment of middle school students’ home learning space. |
