| For a long time, domestic energy-saving HVAC systems research focused on energy-saving design and development of energy-saving equipment to use and so on, but on energy-saving operation is not enough. The operation of the existing research has focused mostly on the components of the heating and air-conditioning system, is rarely associated with various parts of the system as a whole after the combination of energy-saving effect of operation.So that a variety of energy-saving devices in the integrated system is not necessarily the most energy-efficient operation strategy. It is little research in this area, and most of the air-conditioning manager's lack of expertise, making the operation level of HVAC system is very low.So how to improve the HVAC system operation level to improve the energy efficiency of a HVAC system at present is that we need to be done urgently. So, the model of operation of HVAC system's research can guide system's operation, improve its operation and management level.First of all, this issue through a research on operation status of representative hotel building's HVAC systems in the hot summer and warm winter area .In control of existing public buildings typical air-conditioning system's (a primary pump constant/ variable flow system, the second stage pumps constant/variable flow system )energy consumption,form and status of operation model.Secondly, in view of making optimal operation mode, after the comparative analysis of existing air-conditioning power consumption index to basis on the system rather than a single device, dynamic rather than static the two basic principles for the evaluation of the HVAC system in some of the load, making a index whitch can evaluate different strategy's advantage and disadvantage: SOEER (System operation energy efficiency rate), and given its method of calculation and use of the advantages and disadvantages.Then combine with the quality and quantity adjustment method of the actual operation in the air-conditioning systems to analys the model and strategy of variable temperature and water flux.Focus on the chilled water temperature for the performance of equipment, especially the influence for terminate units.Considering the influence of pipeline's temperature rised and the outdoor air temperature for the terminate units. Then, bring forward the strategy of chilled water temperature setting mode in the part of load. Analyzed the mode of terminate units and transport system with variable water flux then coculated the power of pump in every operation mode. Finally,combined the model of variable water flux and temperature,based on the evaluation of SOEER to give the typical form of a primary pump with constant or variable flux a model and the method of making model of energy- saving operation. Finally, through an hotel air-conditioning system of measurement, compared with its energy efficiency rate and a typical room's temperature and humidity conditions to prove its comprehensive energy- saving mode of operation is correct.This study put forward the air-conditioning systems operation energy effiency rate (SOEER)can be used to dynamically evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of different strategy of operation in part of load. It also can be expediently used to make the optimal operation of programs.The results of research on comprehensive energy-saving operation model of the primary pump system with variable or constant water flux and the method of how to make the program can provide the gist of operation for HVAC. |
