The Study On The Price Adjustment Model And Its Application Of The Public Piperack In Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone

In recent years,with the gradually development of domestic chemical industry park,It is necessary to follow a "five integration" model from the planning,construction of development to build a world-class chemical industrial park.The five integration including industrial integration,public supporting integration,logistics transportation integration,security management integration and management service integration.The Piperack in the Chemical industrial park is the utilities infrastructure carrier to realize the important of the park "five integration".Now the research on the public piperack almost based on the risk management of domestic chemical industry park,but at present in the academia and practice,specializing in chemical industrial park,the operation mode especially pricing and pricing adjustment model of public piperack research is very little.Therefore,the study on pricing and price adjustment of public pipe rack in the chemical industrial park is more and more necessary and urgent,in theory and practice are both has the vital significance.At first,this paper generalizes the present state of chemical industrial park operations in domestic and abroad,for chemical industry park after the public piperack in quasi-public product properties were studied.Through the study of quasi-public product features,this paper tries to find the characteristics of the target.Through the quasi-public products pricing method in marginal cost method,two pricing method,ceiling price method,cost plus reasonable income method were analyzed;the paper selected the most suitable for this study from the relevant theories of the target.Aiming the disadvantage in the price and the parameters selection at the pricing format of the recent piperack in Nangang industrial zone,a new price calculation model,selecting suitable operation parameters,and the variables in the sensitivity analysis are necessary.At the same time,in order to verify the results and the pricing formulas of the economic and social benefits,set up the fuzzy analysis model of comprehensive benefit analysis,the result of the pricing provides a comprehensive benefit evaluation model,put forward theoretical and practical support for the practice of Nangang industrial zone.This paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.Through the investigation and research,from solving the problem in pricing of the public piperack in Nangang industrial zone,this paper choose the reasonable pricing method,brought the theoretical and data supports to the adjustment of operation mode in the next step.The research results in this paper has certain practical significance,at the same time,also provides references for the pricing of public piperack for the chemical parks which are in the early step development and construction chemical park.
