| This task is from the scientific research projects of traffic in JiangSu Province''The research of waste regenerate processing equipment about road and construction'', which number is: 07C02.As a good mobility and high efficient crushing equipment, Portable impacting-crushing station plays an important role in metallurgy, mining, building materials and road construction. The frame and the feeding system of the crushing are important parts in the impacting-crushing station. Some researches have been done by theoretical and analysis of finite element analysis, the work of this paper is useful for the structure design of the impacting-crushing station.Firstly, the finite element model of the frame was established. The natural frequencies of the frame ware gained through the modal analysis and structural dynamics analysis. And the stress and strain of the frame under the static force in the extreme ware obtained. Furthermore, the structural optimize design of the frame was done, which will enhance its structural stiffness and strength.Then the formula expressions of the natural frequency and vibration swing angle about feeding system ware represented by establishing mechanical dynamic model and dynamic analysis using the matrix equation. And the conditions to avoid the feeding system's swing ware gained.The characteristics of the vibration feeding system ware been obtained by the modal analysis, transient and harmonic analysis using the finite element model. Finally, the parameters modeling of the absorber system was established by parametric language. The damping system optimizing design was done by the transient analysis under aim to reduce the force transport between the feeding system and the frame. The optimizing size and elastic modulus of the absorber system ware gained. |
