Based on the brief description and analysis on line feeding spheroidization technology, this paper summarized the questions of high soot, low interchange- ability and versatility of the spare parts in the practical application of spheroidiz-ation processing station. In order to solve the above problems, the guiding ideology of modulization in spheroidization processing station and green environmental protection was confirmed, the basic theory of such station was researched.Basing on the transportation of treatment ladle passing in and out spheroidization processing station, confirming main structure types of such station: package lifting transformation, forklift transformation and bogie transformation. According to the function of spare parts in such station, the spare parts were divided into certain modules, main designal parameters of each module were researched, confirming the projects of structures and control system of such station.Such stations manufactured according to the above-mentioned guiding ideology have been applied in No.1 casting foundry of No.1 Automobile Car Company, Dong'an forging factory and Zhejiang Casting Foundry. The graphie nodular cast iron of spheroidization in Grade 2, ball diameter in Grade 6 was gained, the remaining magnesium was in the range of 0.02%~0.04% to ensure the stable spheroidization of SGI, and material recycle use to the furnace reaches 80%, which solves racking problem of furnace material recycle.The actual production has proved that module type, design parameter and relative formula for such station are correct, which can be regarded as the theoretical basis for design and application of such station. |
