Study On The Reconstruction Project Of Awning In Jinan Station

Located in the crossing-point of Jing-Hu and Jiao-Ji railway, Jinan station is one of the main passenger stations of Jinan Railway Administration. As the open window of Shan-dong province, Jinan station deliver 46 pairs of cargo trains and 62 pairs of passenger trains, the number of arriving and leaving passengers are more than 50 thousand person-time. To satisfy the needs of the sixth speed-up of China railway, Jiao-Ji railway need to do electrification transformation to adapt to the sixth railway speed-up.The rebuilt of platform and awning is one important part of the Jiao-Ji railway electrification transformation. The platform of Jinan station can't supply the needed conditions to stop the High-speed trains.On the mean time, the awning was too long to go on working, so it need to be rebuit to supply good services to the passengers and reflect the Humanism Concern.This project will heighten the platform from 0.5m to 1.25m, and remove the existing platform and awing. The land occupation of large-span steel structure awing is 39000 m2, the investment is 180 million RMB, and the construction time will last for 10 months.The limit time for the project is urgent, the cost can't exceed the budget, and must keep the usual working of Jinan station, all the conditions make high requirements for the all the participants.Starting from the perspective of the railway transport operation and project construction, the research is aimed to work out the construction and transport organization scheme with the system engineering theory. Using DSM and theory of resource distribution to design the organization structure of this project. On the design of time for the project, extended CPM model and optimized CPM is used to design the time. At last Monte Carlo Simulation theory is used to estimate the risk of completion period. All the study is aiming at ensuring the project can be completed on schedule and the operation order of Jinan station during the construction can be managed, the safety of passenger boarding and alighting can be kept and the Jinan conjunction and Jing-Hu, Jiao-Ji railway are expedite.
