Abstract:Traditional norm method can’t fully reflect the resources consumption’s uncertainty in each working procedure. Firstly, thesis starts from resource consumption of each process, which is the micro level of the construction network, gets statistical distribution function of various resource consumption based on the investigation large sample. Secondly, taking advantage of the network architecture and using the Monte Carlo Method, thesis simulates the resource consumption of the whole process of network in macro level, and obtains the distribution function of total consumption in network diagram. Finally, the project cost under the condition of certain probability can be determined.Appling the WBS theory, the3D model of the support project is decomposed into components,which is independent of each other. Based on the building information modeling (BIM) theory and Alternativa3D modeling technology, thesis creates the3D model of the components, and then attaches resources and schedule information to the three-dimensional models to form the BIM model of components. Ultimately, BIM model of support project can be made from these models. And the build process of the support project is simulated.The project cost simulation application was designed to combine the project cost simulation theory and the building information model (BIM) with Flex+J2EE structure. And the BIM of project can be improved because of the adjunction of the project resource requirements simulation results.
