The Research On The Exterior Space Design Of High-rise Residential Area

As people's living standards improve, the Living environment improving is required.The exterior space of a residential area is an organic extension of indoor living space and it is an important part of residents's living space. Now for several reasons the percentage of high-rise residential area is growing bigger. Because high-rise housing's height and huge volume have great influence to the exterior space environment. So the design of high-rise residential area should be differ from other kinds of residential area.This paper just do the research for the exterior space of high-rise residential area from humane design.The main method of the research are theoretical research, simulation software and field research. The paper considered the humane design of the exterior space in four aspects which are residential structure and layout, traffic,venues and settlements's green configuration. In the paper, the author presents a principle of the high-rise residential area'design aginst the above four aspect and it takes tian yue yuan as an example to do further description. From the analysis of tian yue yuan we know that building layout in the region formed a very good Wai-space. Traffic organization forms of the residential area make the exterior space less influenced by cars.Residential area's venues and green configuration were considered inadequate so puts forward a corresponding improvement measures.At last we know that the four priciples are good for high-rise residential area to make comfortable and quiet exterior space environment. In the paper ,the author also descripts some softwares.
