Researching Of Tianjin Five Avenues' Space Form And Neighbourhood Feature

With the large scale transformation of historical district, different characteristics showed between new district and traditional historical one in urban landscape and space form. As a representative region of modern historical district, Five Avenues in Tianjin has a unique space morphological characteristic and cultural identity.This paper aimed at clearing the space form of Five Avenues and history of space for cultural identity from the livelihood of residents mainly by the way of summing up the literature and field research. The coorelatin among Five Avenues'function ,space character and the neighbourhood will be evaluated objectively and the space conditions which effectively support contacts will be cleared. By example analysis, it can be grasped that space feature and operation of lane housing in Tianjin. According to the environmental psychology, behavior theory and reality experience, this paper tried to understand the using of neighbourhood space and contact rule.It is desired that this paper provide a useful reference to the preservation of Tianjin modern historical district and the ongoing transformation which remove a part of residents and replace the internal function of blocks in Five Avenues. According to above study, reference fulcrum can be given to balance the culture effects,economic effects and the vitality of street of historical district so as to meet the requirement of two side. So urban living space would not showed in the form of a single such as lane housing or modern resenditial area.
