A digital electromechanical missile actuators servo control system is researched in this paper. The high quality Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) techniques are used to realize the centralized control of motors.To enhance the control quality, a hardware platform based on the communication bus CAN2.0 is built and a new type of floating-point DSP chip is adopted. Taking advantage of TMS320F28332 DSP, we design circuits of all part, and the key part is deeply described. In the respect of control strategy, aiming at the steering gear machinery in some missiles, a combined control strategy is adopted. In software design, the paper first discusses the integrated software development environment for Texa Instrument's TMS320 series DSP, and then analyzes some key source routine detailedly.A large amount of data and result acquired from the experiments shows that the system has a good anti-interference and excellent control quality. At the end of the paper, factors to affect system performance are analyzed, and improvement measures are presented from two aspects of algorithms and hardware design.
