With increasingly keen market competition, each enterprise is searching for a good system for production and operation to improve efficiency in production operation and management as well, thereby enhances its own core competitive advantage. While the key of production and operation management is whether the production and scheduling process could achieve the optimal solution, the research on the production planning and scheduling is of great value both in theory and in practice.Firstly, the paper introduces Flexible Assembly System (FAS) and scheduling theory. The control technologies and control structure of Flexible Assembly System are analyzed and researched. The real-time scheduling of control layer is researched with emphasis in this paper. Primary mission and key technologies of control layer are analyzed. The corresponding processing strategy of the common thunderbolt is given. This paper takes the scheduling based on dispatching rules as the main method, according to each kind of scheduling theory analysis.According to the project request and theories above, the assembly line is designed with structure of two-level control. The PROFIBUS-DP is used to connect the equipment controller and the system control computer. The information of assembly line is gathered using PLC. In order to realize to the assembly line real-time dispatch, the monitoring and the scheduling simulation program are developed using Configuration software. The monitoring program is responsible to the assembly line real-time running, and monitoring real-time data saved in the database. The scheduling simulation program on-line is reasonable for real-time control, and off-line is for simulation, so that this confirms the working procedure arrangement the rationality.The real-time control system of Flexible Assembly System has been used in practice. The good effect on the enhancement assembly efficiency and the accurate aspect is proved. |
