In order to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of space equipment and rapidly improve the equipment requirements,space cooler in China are required.Multi-model,small batch,highly flexible production mode is gradually adopted as the mainstream mode,and the scale of production is rapidly expanding.The new management mode of system engineering and shelf products puts forward higher and stricter requirements for process management and quality control of space cooler manufacturing.In this paper,the space cooler manufacturing line is used as the research platform.For multi-project parallel multi-resource constrained batch production scheduling problem,based on Modified Immune Genetic Algorithms(MIGA),a mathematical model is established and solved.The Modified Immune Genetic Algorithms(MIGA)is formed by combining the characteristics of diploid genetic algorithm and double population genetic algorithm.MIGA algorithm,SGA algorithm and IGA algorithm are used to solve multi-project parallel multi-resource constrained batch production scheduling problem.Compared with the results and speed,MIGA algorithm shows its advantages.In addition,the Flexsim software is used to build the model and Simulation of the production line of space cooler,which proves the effectiveness of the Modified Immune Genetic Algorithms(MIGA). |
