Hydropower is the key support for the development of energy infrastructure projects. Currently, hydropower stations enter into a new round of rapid development period. The Three Gorges, Xiaolang di and other large hydropower projects are in progress, and there are a group of large and medium-sized hydropower stations and small hydropower stations in the booming business. They have made a significant contribution to change the current energy shortage situation. But for a long time, low management efficiency and poor secutity and reliability appears in many hydropower stations, especially small and medium-sized hydropower stations. With management concepts popular in hydropower station and development of related technologies, especially the improvement and optimization of Special Condition Maintenance concept ,generator load optimization and economic operation have gradually given direction to the station management improvements. Establishment of the real-time hydroelectric generating efficiency monitoring and further development on an integrated management system of research have become increasingly important.According to the engineering background above, this paper carries on the research and anticipates to give a feasible technology and management plan to the practical problem through related industrial engineering theory combined with the practice in the operating efficiency management of Guan tang hydropower station.In the first chapter,the industry in the domestic and international research in the field of the status quo and development trend is analysed, and does the research background, the significance and major research studies;In the second chapter,according to the features and management status quo of Guan tang Hydropower Station in Tongzi County through the basic theory of Industrial Engineering, the main factors which have great impact on hydropower production efficiency are analysed, demands on the establishment of Guan tang hydropower production efficiency of the management system has been proposed and in-depth study;In the third chapter, on the basis of the previous text, the operating efficiency management system of hydropower station in Guan tang is designed, which includes three functional models (hydropower station optimal scheduling system, hydropower station generator units maintenance systems, personnel management system).To help the workers to decide the units optimal portfolio,maintenance plan and improve the overall quality of the workers is anticipated. The mathematic model of the hydropower station optimal scheduling system based on the principals of power supply decided by the quantity of the water is proposed. The feasibility of the model is validated by computing the example of the optimal scheduling system of Guan tang hydropower station through dynamic planning method.In chapter 4, in order to improve the scientific and digital of the operating efficiency of the management system, the efficiency monitoring system of hydropower station is researched, the measuring principle of the electrical and hydraulic parameters is derived through the formula. On this basis, A hardware and software of the operating efficiency monitoring system of the hydropower station is designed. The laboratory devices has been developed and realized and there are several functions including hydraulic parameters collect, the efficiency of real-time monitoring, historical data search and testing and etc.
