| Power system stability involving the safe operation of the power system, which has been the important issue concerned by electric power workers at home and abroad. In recent years, it has occurred one after another power network blackout accidents around the world because of stability destroyed. So State Grid Corporation of China puts forward that it must considered the demands of stability in design and operation of power network. Therewith enhancing the power network stability problem becomes urgent matter.In Guang'an, water power resources are richer, including the Jialing River, the Qu River and so on. A number of hydropower stations will be built in Wusheng and Yuechi. In Wusheng, the Dong Xiguan hydropower station and the Xiuguan hydropower station are now the two largest of the developed hydropower station, installed capacity of 300 megawatts. As the installed capacity is far bigger than the local load capacity, vast remaining power will be sent into the high-level power network while to supply the local load.According to "the 11th Five-Year Plan" of power network of Sichuan Province, in 2009, a new 220kV substation will be built at Wusheng County, which connecting the 110kV power network of Wusheng and the 220/500 kV power network of Guang'an. As the vast remaining power, if close to the 220 kV substation of Wusheng or at 110kV bus of power plant of Wusheng is shorted, it may lead to very big power oscillation, thus causes the 110 kV power network of Wusheng to collapse because of the stability destroyed. In order to ensure the operation safety of the 110 kV power network of Wusheng, it needs to analysis the stability of the 110 kV power network of Wusheng and discovers possibly existing questions. So the control strategy and management measures of solving these questions will be put forward.In this thesis, it makes numerical simulation calculation for the planning power network. At each kind of large-disturbance, it analyzes operation states of the generator sets at the Dong Xiguan hydropower station and the Xiuguan hydropower station and its influences to transient stability of the 110 kV power network of Wusheng. The following contents are mainly studied:â‘ As the basis of numerical simulation computation, it analyzes the principle of stability of the power system and the method of the establishment mathematical models. Based on it, the mathematical model for study transient stability of 110 kV power network of Wusheng is established;â‘¡Each node of 110 kV power network of Wusheng is set failure point respectively, it calculates dynamic process of node voltage, generating power and transmission power. At the same time, it analyzes operation states of the generators and its influences to stability of the 110 kV power network of Wusheng;â‘¢Through the simulation, it proposes the control technology measure of stability to guarantee the operation safety when the hydro power station of Wusheng connects with the 220 kV power network of Guang'an;â‘£Through the simulation, it proposes the management measure to guarantee the operation safety when the hydro power station of Wusheng connects with the 220 kV power network of Guang'an.In the thesis, the research results will be the reference basis of operating control and manages of "the 11th Five-Year Plan" power network of Wusheng, as well as for the regional power grid with large capacity hydro power station. |
