With the opening of power market, the power system security stability has become more and more important, it is a sequel to consider power system security with its economy, the effort of power system preventive control has being recognized recently. But this problem has its own characteristic that a set of differential and algebraic function must be considered, which makes the optimization such trickiness, and it's another problem that there will be too much calculation to be considered, which has much more negative impact on the practicality of the preventive control algorithm. In this article, It will be a keystone that how to deal with the stability constraints in the process of power system transient and how to derive the Jacobian matrices of transient stability constraints. The author will put forward a more simple form for the transient stability constraints based on the time domain simulation, and give a new expression for the transient stability constraints grads. At the end of this article, the author will give the explanation for the effectivity of the new form for constraints and the expression for constraints grads based on the data of IEEE-39.
