| DTS (Dispatcher Training Simulator) is the most important and efficient technique to undertake the dispatcher training and conjoint analysis on the operation method in the whole grid. As the rapid development of the grid in the whole country and the wide application of DTS system in terms of joint anti-accident exercises, conjoint analysis on the operation method, and simulated operation in the whole network, the need of DTS system networking becomes more and more strongly. The insufficient function of existing DTS networking has greatly checked the deeper application of its powerful function.The paper sets forth the idea of how to construct the DTS networking in terms of the DTS system overall structure, its software structure, its security management and network communication, etc.There are two design concepts in the DTS networking, one is concentrated main station DTS, the other is distributing DTS. Up to now, the domestic networking DTS is mainly based on the concentrated DTS or its similar concept.The concentrated DTS is to construct all the DTS in one system, from which calculate and public the results together. Moreover, it enhances the function of user's security management, increases the functions of remote browse and inter-operation, without changing its former structure and software functions. However, problems also exist in the actual application such as the low calculating ability of computer's hardware and software, and the difficulties in simulated maintenance of the grid.This paper aims at the existing problems of the concentrated DTS in the network application, based on the design concept of the distributing system, overcame the above problems, reasonably divided the concentrated system, and sufficiently utilized the completed power dispatch data network, so that designed a set of practical distributing networking DTS.The distributing networking DTS interconnects the DTS system of provincial and regional dispatch by power dispatch data network, concurrently calculate the provincial and regional dispatched DTS, so that will greatly improve the simulation of the whole network, guarantee the consistence of the calculation in provincial and regional dispatched DTS system, provide efficient technique to dispatchers' training and joint anti-accident exercises, as well as enhance the operation management level of the grid. In software system structure and power grid model, the distributing DTS system is more progressive concentrated DTS system.The distributing networking DTS has already applied in Ning-xia power grid. During the application, it can provide a really power scheduling condition. Then the Nnig-xia power grid joint anti-accident exercises is more effective. It can give service to power scheduling worker more comprehensive. |
