Study On The Network Integrated Monitoring System In Provincial Expressway

With the rapid increase of people’s quality of lives, the way to travel accompanied by agreat change. Full completion of the highway network, the number of cars increases everyyear, the traffic environment and highway safety issue has become highly important. How toexpand the capacity of the road network, reduce traffic accidents, improve traffic level ofservice, and rational use of new technologies and new equipment development of transport,which are important research content of the Intelligent Information Transport. Therefore,provincial highway network monitoring system will be of great social reality.After a thorough investigation on domestic and international network monitoring system,further contents are analyzed in the article: highway monitoring data and image networktransmission channels and content, video image compression encoding, networkcommunications and networking control key technologies in the surveillance video imagesnetwork transmission control in key application.General framework of model, network monitoring subsystem were designed based onkey technologies in the provincial highway network monitoring system design principles andobjectives, and then according to the specific circumstances of the highway network inShaanxi Province as well as the main problem, a better program for the highway network inShaanxi Province network Monitoring System was designed.The unusual event traffic control linkage problem was deeply studied on the basis ofprovincial highway video surveillance network design, combined with the significance oflinkage control, and functional analysis of the control linkage to the unusual event wascompleted, and the control strategy was put forward then. The unusual event of traffic impactassessment was given, taken the Western-Han highway for example. After the incident,through time and space changes on the state to determine the affect the trend of events, inorder to determine the trend of the traffic state changes, and assess the current events in anetwork environment sphere of influence.
