| Submarine has already developed more than 100 years. The technique of submarine has already obtained an important development for more than 100 years. Especially for 20 centuries, the high and new technique made the modern submarine become more and more important all over world. Submarine becomes the weapon in a kind of water of indispensability in navy because of its performances during the war.For last decades, many investigations about of hull form of submarine have been carried out and a lot of practical significance lines with the lowest resistance have been gained. Many mathematical models concerning revolution body are put forward in this field. In the view of mathematical expressions, most of that are using spine functions or polynomial expression to express the revolution body and the drawback is that there must be value-based or control points. However, the present submarine line is designed according to the parent lines and its values is depend on the designer's experience and can't be explained theoretically, so it is hard to get the lines with the best performance of resistance .In this paper, one software package MRB was developed to automatically generate the 3D hull form of submarine base on the mathematical model of revolution body with practical droplets type, which will meet the requirement of displacement, main scale and balance conditions. With independent of the line values and control points, the required line can be gained as long as the corresponding parameters are inputted and the retrofit designs are easy to carry out.The software package provides the tool to predicate the hull form resistance generated by this software package uses the numerical resistance atlas to estimate the resistance coefficient. The friction coefficient is calculated by ITTC-57 formula, and then the problem is solved.The CFD tool was used to predicate the resistance of the hull generated by the software. A simplified method was adopted to avoid the limitation of the computer capability for simulating the ship resistance on real scale:Only viscous pressure resistance was introduced from CFD results. The comparison between software predication result and other resistance estimation method shows good agreement. |
