| With the development of power electronics and the technology of the motor manufactory, and the progress of theory of AC speed regulation and novel control strategy, the control system for PMSM has been widely used in several high- technical fields such as the electromechanical integration, robot, the automotive electronics and etc. The fully digital synchronous servo system that based on the technology of digital signal processing and high-performance control strategy, and make the PMSM as its executive motor, must be the tide of the servo system progress.This thesis has summarized the research situation and the tide of the development of the servo system in home and abroad. Based on the design of the servo control system and its monitor software, the author has finished the works in this thesis as follow:First of all, introduced the notion and research status of the AC synchronous servo system in home and abroad; Then created the mathematical models of PMSM, described the vector control strategy, and determined the rotor magnet field oriented control strategy to be the final control strategy; Respectively introduced the control circuit and the power circuit of the servo system's hardware. TMS320F2407A and MAX3128 were chosen as the core of the control part, and the IPM (Intelligent Power Module) produced by MITSUBISHI was chosen as the innermost device of the power part; Thirdly, described the design of the servo system's software in CCS2.0 (a programming platform offered by Texas Instrument) based on the technology of mixed programming, and discussed the detail of mixed programming on DSPs; Finally, for the convenience of the operator's modification of the parameters, the monitoring and analysis of the sampled data, and satisfying the demand of to be visible, we designed the monitor software of the servo system by the use of Visual C++6.0. |
