Abstract/Summary:
Servo drive system is an important part of industrial automation.It is mainly applied to control system of CNC lathes,industrial mechanical arms,electric vehicles and fan blades.Due to the great development of power electronics,microelectronics,sensor technology,permanent magnet technology and the rapid development of control theory,with permanent magnet synchronous motor for execution,the fully digital control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has been widely used.In this paper,a permanent magnet synchronous motor servo hardware system based on DSP is developed.First of all,through the analysis of the structural characteristics and model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and then to the motor control special digital processor(DSP),to master its structure principle and the peripheral circuit design method,and then analyzed the demand for the whole system and drive circuit scheme choice,finally achieved with the TMS320F28335 digital processing chip as the core of fully digital ac servo system,the hardware CAN,serial communication interface.The speed and position signal acquisition circuit of the sensor with incremental encoder is given.The acquisition and conditioning circuit of analog signals such as voltage and current is designed.A special auxiliary power supply circuit is designed.As well as the driving circuit of the motor and the overpressure,overcurrent,overheat,short circuit,motor fault phase,failure rate of the motor,failure detection and protection circuit,etc.At last,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems encountered in this paper,and puts forward some further work ideas.
