Nuclear power is recognized as one of the next generation of the clean energy which can replace the traditional fossil fuels,so it has been paid more attention to these years by the states.With the high-speed development of China's nuclear energy,the problem of security in the nuclear energy production is becoming more and more serious.There is a large number of loose parts in the reactor coolant system.In the normal operation of the reactor,loose parts in the circuits is in danger of falling down due to the factors as vibration and water,which will lead to all sorts of problem that is a huge threat to the safety of nuclear power production Therefore,we need to monitor and diagnose the loose parts in the circuits in order to ensure the safety of nuclear power production in the Nuclear power Plant.Due to the particularity of the internal environment of Nuclear power Plant,the staff can not directly enter into the production environment to check and repair the breakdown.Therefore,we need a remote monitoring platform to track and diagnose the loose parts and experts can analyse and diagnose loose parts issues accurately to make sure that the operation of Nuclear power Plant reactor is safe,stable and efficient undering the assistance of this platform.Given the features of loose parts as well as the importance of nuclear safety production,this paper researches and designs a Nuclear Power Plant Remote Monitoring and Diagnose Evaluation Expert System with remote monitoring technology and expert system.Based on the Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Plan Project “ Theroy research and system development of loose part monitoring system in nuclear power plant,2012C23017”,this paper takes loose parts issues in the process of nuclear power production as the main research target,combined with the theory research of loose parts location and mass estimation earlier,using the latest computer technology such as communication,network,software,and research and design solutions to a Nuclear Power Plant Remote Monitoring and Diagnose Evaluation Expert System.Firstly,this paper explains and compares some key technologies involved in the development of Remote Monitoring Diagnosis Evaluation System and works out a suitable technology selection for the development of this system.Then the paper states the overall design of the system in detail and identifies the design principle of this system.The system is divided into four modules,including reactor monitoring field,remote monitoring center,real-time diagnose and warning and expert system.The function target,design thinking and realization way of each module will be carried on the full research and discussion.The key point in each module are as follows:(1)The simulation of the process of loose parts falling is completed by the experiment of surface positioning.This paper puts forward a positioning algorithm based on Hilbert envelope to achieve the localization of loose parts and validate the result of the experiment.(2)This paper make the important information of loose parts display on the monitor platform through computer technology such as web front end,Ajax,PHP and database technology.(3)Build a nuclear power plant real-time diagnosis and warning system.Real-time diagnostic is the preliminary diagnosis of the loose parts through a set of rules and strategies by the system.The principle of the early warning system is that the system detects the current production safety indicators and identify different warning and alarm levels according to a warning level determination method.(4)Introduce the concept of expert knowledge base,design the data table structure of the expert knowledge base.The expert knowledge base is the records about history diagnosis and knowledge of loose parts and it is a bridge between system diagnosis and expert diagnosis that can increase the scalability of the expert diagnosis evaluation system.The research in this paper provides a new thought for the realization of the Nuclear Power Plant Remote Monitoring and Diagnose Evaluation Expert System and it has a significant reference to the practical application and development of related systems.
