Research On Environmental Hygiene Management Of "Urban Village" In Guangzhou City

Environmental hygiene, one of the most direct and real-life issues, has been the hottest public concern. Environmental hygiene management plays so important a role in Urbanization management that a good sanitation environment can reflect the taste and image of a city. Along with the urbanization steps, Guangzhou, as a cosmopolitan city, also produces many urban villages whose environmental hygiene issues have become the schedule of the government. At present, Guangzhou takes the activities, which are aimed at establishing a national environmental health city as a chance, and takes every effort to renovate the urban villages. Things that give satisfaction is the result came out to be preferable in the end.However, because there is no regular way of garbage disposal in the urban village and people dispose (the) rubbish wherever they like, environmental hygiene issue is always the hot potato in urban village and becomes the weak point of city management in Guangzhou. Those problems not only influence the residential environment but also city image. This text uses detail case research, invite such 21 people interview like city management administrator, workers of Positive sanitation office,Participants in street neighborhood committee, N village workers volunteers and youth committee of Haizhu District, the self-employed, cleaners, household. A Empirical study from the sanitation status, internal management system, as well as relevant policies in areas such as the implementation of the "urban Village" sanitation issues. Based on this literature research, the author considers there are four factors that affect the environmental hygiene management: A. the village's hardware environment, including the management on environmental hygiene to some historical issues. B. the quantity of funds on environmental hygiene. C. whether the management system is scientific or not. D. Main conditions of living main part and sanitation effort.
