The Explore Discussion Of Problems Of Urban Industrial Land Layout In Master Urban Planning

As a whole our country city is in the crucial stage of industrialization now. Whileindustrialization is the main motivation of urbanization, urban function plays a key rolein the development of industry structure optimization of economic growth. In the urbanplanning layout analysis, the author discusses planning problems of industrial spacelayout in the current stage of though central and western China’s industrial land overallour country. Layout of industrial land is excessive concentration, while this way ismainly manifested in the population. Excessive centralism manifests in two aspects: oneis industrial land almost all concentrated in the industrial park or industrialconcentration zone, the other is industrial park or industrial clusters in only one or twoplaces in most cities. Industrial land excessive concentration resulted in the separationof duty living space layout, increasing the commuter traffic. Which goes against theprinciples of fairness and efficiency of urban development, has affected the healthydevelopment of the city, and while is not suitable for economic development of thecities.Through the analysis of the causes of knowable excessive concentration thedistribution mainly includes several aspects:(1) most planner influenced by "functionalpartition", think should focus layout for industry;(2) the relevant regulations of theurban and rural planning lack of specific guidance on the layout of industrial land,industrial land in the new national standard classification space directivity is not strong;(3)"city back into the garden","industrial park to the central" of the relevant policies toguide;(4) economic factors such as industrial agglomeration benefit induction.In view of the problems, from the perspective of urban and rural planning, theauthor puts forward the methods to solve the problem: Firstly, the method of industrial land classification is discussed in this paper.Industrial land classification is the basis of the layout of industrial land, based on the1991edition and2011edition "standard of urban land classification and planningconstruction land" evaluation and thinking, the author based on the externality toindustrial land was divided into non-polluting industrial lands and polluting industrialland, polluting industrial land was divided into further polluting air and water pollution,noise polluting, waste residues polluting and special polluting industrial land. Secondly,according to new classification of industrial land, choose the spatial location of all kindsof industrial land. Finally, in the industrial land, on the basis of spatial location selection,with organic dispersion theory and industrial cluster theory as the guidance, formconcentrated layout in cities and the relatively dispersed layout of industrial land,alleviate traffic pressure caused by excessive concentration for city, in order to improvethe operational efficiency of city as a whole, at the life and production status of urbanresidents to live and work in peace and contentment.
