The research on optimal design of central heating system is very important for saving engineering investment,decreasing heating energy consumption and improving enterprise benefit. With the perfection of the systematic reform, the adjustment of energy structure in our country and the development of requirement for environmental protection,heating energy structure have already changed and it pushes forward the advancing of heating mode. It has very important significance to analyse,evaluate and select heating mode correctly which suits its local characteristics.The optimal design of heating source and heating piping net,and the optimal operation of heating system are imperative.Six pertinent heating modes were contrasted according to current energy structures and characteristics of Fugu city. Central heating mode of Fugu city was proposed through analysing the operation principle, advantages and disadvantages,and scope of application by fuzzy evaluation for economy,environment, energy technology and social benefits using methods of indefinite mathematics and value engineer.Heating system with multi-eat sources is an advanced technique of heating piping net running for saving energy,reducing system operation cost,and increasing economic benefit in other countries which heating system are advanced.Central district heating system of Fugu city was proposed starting from optimum selection of heating source through analysing the cost of investment and operation which was calculated by China Coal Design Institute.Cost model was established to compare with cost of investment and operation of original design ,which was provide evidence for taking central district heating system and heating system optimization.Booster pump station plays nonnegligible and irreplaceable function in hot-water circuit on development of municipal central heating.The determination reasonable of the position and number of Booster pump station is of great significance to reduce the cost of investment and operation. Booster pump was setted in main pipeline by analysing first-degree heating network of original design The dissertation realized the regional distribution optimization of first-degree heating network of central heating system by comparing the cost of operation before and after set booster pump using the cost model of pumping operation.
