Under the background that the whole industry is striving to reduce carbon emissions in order to achieve the "3060" goal,air-source heat pump has been widely used in the heating industry with the advantages of clean,efficient and pollution-free.With the application of air source heat pump heating system in the heating industry,a centralized heating system with air source heat pump as the heat source has emerged.Theoretically,the air source heat pump heating system has good operation performance and remarkable energy-saving effect.However,the air source heat pump central heating system in actual operation shows the problems of low system efficiency and high operation energy consumption.Therefore,this subject studies the operation performance of the application of air source heat pump central heating system in cold areas,introduces the system energy efficiency number,establishes the system operation mathematical model,and puts forward reasonable and optimized operation strategies for the three heating end systems of radiator,floor radiant heating and fan coil unit for different situations.Firstly,the working principle,performance characteristics,performance influencing factors and system form of the air source heat pump central heating system are summarized.At the same time,the basic principle of operation regulation of air source heat pump central heating system is analyzed,and the types of operation regulation of air source heat pump central heating system are summarized.Then the dimensionless parameter system efficiency number is introduced to measure the system operation effect when the system uses different regulation modes.Secondly,the operation model of the air source heat pump central heating system is established based on the main components model of the heating system,the centralized operation and regulation model of the heating system,and the system efficiency number model.MATLAB software is selected as the solution tool of the model.According to the program calculation flow chart drawn,the operation model of the air source heat pump central heating system with different system operation strategies at different ends is solved.Thirdly,test the operation of the air source heat pump central heating system in Shijiazhuang,which is located in the cold region.Through collecting the required data including outdoor temperature,system flow,heat medium temperature,etc.,and analyzing and processing,the system operation parameters under the current mode are obtained.At the same time,the objective conditions are brought into the model calculation,and the results obtained are compared with the actual data collected to verify the reliability of the established operation model of the air source heat pump central heating system.Finally,with the established mathematical model,the effects of different operation modes of air source heat pump central heating system at different ends are studied under the condition of environmental temperature changes.The research results indicate that regardless of the type of heating end used,the quality control mode has a better energy-saving effect when the outdoor temperature is below-4.5 ℃,and the equal temperature difference adjustment has a better energy-saving effect when the outdoor temperature is above-4.5 ℃;Compared with the radiator system and fan coil system,when the heat dissipation end is the floor heating coil,the average energy consumption in heating season is reduced by 4.48% by using the equal temperature difference regulation compared with the quality regulation,which has the advantage of energy conservation.Therefore,the air source heat pump centralized heating system is suitable for residential areas using floor radiation heating.
