With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the capacity of urban heating pipe network is increasingly saturated.As the constraint of city heating pipe network capacity,the heating transformation of new district is difficult,and it is difficult to meet the heating needs in winter.In the face of this situation,the central heating system expansion technology is gradually being taken seriously.At the same time,with the development and wide application of heat pump technology,the application of heat pump technology in the central heating system has also begun to be deeply concerned about.In view of the low-grade available heat of primary heating pipe network,the scheme of heat pump expansion in central heat supply station.Low-quality heat of the backwater in the primary heating pipe network for user heating was promoted through the water source heat pump,to achieve the expansion of urban heating network.The system is designed and the optimal parameters of the system are obtained by calculating the heat balance of the expansion system.Taking a villa in Laiwu as an example,the system is applied.After a reasonable design and calculation,the various equipment of the system was selected,which laid the foundation for the follow-up system operation.The EnergyPlus software was used to simulate the energy consumption of the designed system,and the distribution rule of energy consumption during the heating period was found out.On this basis,the system control strategy for specific projects is proposed.Then the energy consumption simulation is carried out for the system after the application of the control strategy.The simulation results are compared with the initial simulation results to analyze the energy-saving effect,and verify the rationality and feasibility of the control strategy.Finally,the economic analysis and the analysis of environmental benefits of the whole central heating system was carried out.According to the system investment cost,operation cost and economic income,the effect of investment scheme was analyzed synthetically.This could further verify the rationality of the design scheme,and provide some reference for the study of similar central heating capacity expansion system.
