The wind is renewable non-pollution green energy, nowadays is one kind of the most prospected new energy. In our country more and more large or middle scale wind farm one after another put into operation in recent years, so the great proportion wind electricity direct input electrical network may impact the stability and economic efficiency of the electrical network. This article discussed the plan of the wind energy matches the pump stored energy to generate electricity in view of some small simulation electrical network system, has established this plan's economical movement computation analysis model in term of maximized use wind electricity. Via comparing with the general wind electric system confirmed the simulation plan and the computation model's accuracy, simultaneously proven the hybrid wind/hydro power-system is the effective approach in utilizing wind energy, this plan has the considerable economic efficiency and the social efficiency. In final, the system considered the cost of each part, obtained its unit smallest electrical energy cost.
