With the rapid development of economy,conventional energy is increasingly exhausted.Wind power relative to other renewable energy sources more mature development technology,in the global scope has been rapid development,but wind power has the characteristics of intermittence and randomicity,after the large-scale grid will bring harm to the safe and stable operation of the system.Because of the pumped storage power station has the quick start,flexible operation,so choose to run together with the wind turbine is reasonable and feasible.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,describes the research background and significance of this project.Secondly,describes the construction of pumped storage power station in our country's actual situation,to ever about wind storage model of combined power generation system and its simulation results are analyzed.Finally,this paper summarizes the green certificates and related concepts of renewable energy quota system.(2)The contents of the particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented in this paper.Firstly,in building algorithm model,with inertia weight of the particle swarm optimization model was proposed.Secondly,in terms of constrained optimization and multi-objective optimization,analysis shows that particle swarm optimization algorithm is suitable for the complex optimization problems.At the same time by using the penalty function method is presented to solve nonlinear constrained problem.Finally,summarized under the number a little also has shortcomings,such as premature convergence,the result accuracy is not high.(3)Firstly,aiming at the shortcoming of particle swarm optimization algorithm,is proposed in development of particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve optimization problem.Then,wind power independent operation of the model is established,constructs the penalty function containing the objective function and constraint conditions.Finally,the wind joint operation of storage model is established.(4)Take the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm in MATLAB platform programming,simulation analysis was carried out on the mathematical model by an example.Firstly,to verify the development change particle swarm optimization algorithm in solving the wind power grid optimization scheduling area than in other the superiority of the algorithm.Then,will the wind joint operation of the storage model with the results from these wind farms run independently of the results of comparative analysis.Finally,it shows that the wind storage joint operation can achieve good economic benefits.Joint operation can reduce storage abandon the wind wind,abandon load of wind farm is has the certain reference value.(5)Firstly,this paper expounds the meanings of the green certificate trading mechanism,trading mode,the basic connotation and the basic elements of cap-and-trade mechanism,on this basis,according to the situation of domestic electric power market,a cap-and-trade scheme is designed.Then,the introduction of green power certificate transaction cost function and constraints,renewable energy quota trading mechanism is established under the optimization scheduling model.Finally,through the design example,certificate of analysis of green electricity price and the relationship between volume,total allocation requirements on the output capacity of the fan.
