In recent years, with the rapid development of uhv AC / DC transmission projects, the capacity of power grid optimization has been further improved, providing a good delivery channel for large-scale grid-connected new energy. However, due to the strong intermittency of wind power output and the weak inertia of wind turbines, the stability level of the power grid is further weakened under the high percentage of wind power penetration,it is shown that the ability of anti-overvoltage and over-frequency operation of near-zone fan is insufficient under the DC bipolar block fault. In view of this problem, this paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of large-scale wind farm access on the stable operation of the power grid, and on this basis studies some feasible measures and suggestions to improve the capacity of wind energy dissipation,in order to guide the orderly grid-connected wind power to provide ideas. In this paper, the dynamic mathematical model and Control Strategy of doubly-fed wind turbine in northeast China are analyzed, including wind speed modeling, wind turbine modeling and the realization of maximum power tracking strategy,at the same time, based on the power system simulation program PSASP,the simulation model of the wind turbine is built, and the external characteristics of the active-reactive power output of the wind turbine are analyzed Secondly, the security and stability of a large-scale wind farm connected to an actual power grid is simulated, and the influence of large-scale wind power on the static stability and transient stability of the regional power grid is analyzed Finally, the regional wind power output characteristics are analyzed statistically, the objective function of maximizing wind power capacity is established, and the problem is solved based on the linear programming method to predict the regional wind power capacity in 2020,at last, the feasible suggestion of absorbing wind power is put forward. The simulation results show that the system voltage and frequency stability performance decreases with the increasing of the regional wind power penetrationlevel, the wind power receiving capacity calculated according to the system stability operating limit requirements is in line with the actual operation situation of the power grid.In addition, with the increase of wind power capacity, the problem of thermal stability and transient stability of the delivery channel is prominent in the large-scale centralized wind power transmission areas. In order to ensure the system voltage stability, the reactive power allocation capacity of each type of wind farm should be no less than 30% of the installed capacity of the wind farm itself. At the same time,in order to avoid the risk of low-voltage operation of the system under various short-circuit faults, all kinds of wind farms are required to have the ability of low-voltage traversing.
