City streets are the shop windows and corridors of a city, and are the ties of every functional zone. They are closely linked to everyday living of people. City streets reflect the city's development level, mainly on policy, economy and culture. At the same time it is regarded as a core for the city image and urban environmental landscape. With the city development and the social progress, city street landscape loses its good nature and significance during people reform their city. Destroyed environment and ignored human value are threatening urban feature and urban vitality. Along with the people to the environment quality request enhancement, the city street landscape design has become in the urban development the important part, and is accepted by the people and takes. The city street landscape is restricting a national, local, the city, the housing community's economy, the environment development, affects to now humanity's life. In domestic, the landscape plan design already started to become the hot spot has various squares and the park.Traffic impacts are always a problem to urban environment. Highly mix-use and residential density are the characteristic in our cities, roads system take up a lot of spaces, and reduce the rooms for other public facilities. In the study, we establish a set of planning procedure through environmental survey and residents interview for discovering problems, then help planning strategies and design devices which is based on traffic calming concepts and planning strategies. Meanwhile, for the point of man-vehicle harmony, the study proposes different traffic calming measures for variouscommunities of our city.
