With the rapid development of the economy, car ownership has increased year by year,more and more people choose the car as transport travel, making the city’s worseningtraffic congestion. Automobile exhaust pollution has become an important source ofatmospheric pollution, while slow moving traffic commercial street is undoubtedly themost polluted cities area. Most of the streets lined with buildings introduce the fresh air toindoor by the form of a natural ventilation to ensure good indoor air quality. In commercialStreet in serious pollution or traffic congested road, exhaust pollution by automobileexhaust gas come into the interior with natural ventilation, not only can not dilute to indoorair pollution, but also even exacerbate indoor air pollution levels.In this study, use of computational fluid dynamics CFD numerical calculationssimulate neighborhoods dispersion of pollutants and indoor natural ventilation. Thepolluting gases in vehicle exhaust in This paper is Carbon monoxide CO. Fluent softwaresimulate the dispersion of pollutants distribution of Hohhot Zhongshan West Road,Commercial Street, the east side of the section, analyse the structure of the flow field. Andthe measured data prove the reliability of the numerical simulation. The analog get blocksbuilding surface air pressure, temperature, concentration of pollutants distribution, analysethe changes of wind pressure, concentration, temperature in the vertical height. In the caseof North, South, drafts of three wind conditions the same sources of pollution were donenumerical calculation, compare the dispersion of pollutants in three conditions, analyse thethree conditions of natural ventilation, ventilation potential. Explore exhaust and ambienttemperature difference or not, the differences of the blocks the flow field to provide areference for the future the blocks flow field numerical calculation. Simulation of the fourconditions, the calculation results show that: the exhaust gas temperature and theatmospheric temperature in the case of the measured temperature difference of about20℃range, is conducive to the street canyon diffusion of pollutants; difference is too large tothe assumption of50℃, a temperature difference of0℃, and the atmospheric temperaturein the minus (winter conditions) and20℃of these three conditions and the exhaust gastemperature difference still street canyon lower part of the contaminated air flow is hindered.Use Airpak calculation software to study the indoor natural ventilation. In this study,the surface of the front blocks construction results data as inlet conditions simulate thenatural ventilation of the high concentration region. Analyse the contact between the windpressure and the concentration, considering the premise of both ventilation frequency andthe level of indoor pollution at the same time, design the three form of architecturalopenings, using ventilation effect, the age of air pollution concentrations as the evaluationindex, to optimize the construction of natural ventilation in the case of outdoor seriouspollution.
