| Since the impact of wave for economic construction and modernization,old town and the ancient city had spread all over country1980s.Now some of them have disappeared.How can these ancient towns survive and regenerate in the fast-developing of city?Guiding to the questurtion,this paper points out that conservation of ancient towns should be dynamic protection rather than freezing protection under the condition of contradiction for time and space during the further case study for regeneration on the ancient city of theoretical and practical.The spatial and temporal contradiction for either old and new or protection and development achieves a balance in different time and space. We try to found point of balance in urban development and ancient city regeneration from solution of contradictions in time and space after Analysis of contradiction between the city development and regeneration of ancient city.According to this ideology,author analyzes major contradictions and further explores holistic countermeasures for regeneration on the future perspective using of multidisciplinary knowledge to the ancient city of Huize.There are four major components in this Paper.First,With spatial and temporal contradictions author analyzes all facing difficulties of renewal by ancient city.Second, with the multi-dimensional thinking of related theory,author finished analysis of characteristics of the ancient city as well as theoretical construct under view of space-time.Thirdly,different experiences during development and protection for gains and loss are summarized and useful approach is concluded for Huize by case studies. Fourthly,author explains connotations for on the whole "dynamic" new concepts and proposes to design principles aiming at the present problems.Finally,visions are took on for readers to Huize city.In the full text of the conclusions of the paper,author sums up the paper and suppose the ways of regeneration for the ancient city of the western region. |
