| With the comprehensive socio-economic transformation and housing reform, the vast majority of cities in China have taken place or are taking place in a living revolution . Location of urban living space becomes prominent performance of the outcome of the revolution , location have also become the primary consideration when most of the residents purchase , and is closely related to the livelihood of the residents . From the point of view of residents ,this paper give a comparison analysis for the location of the core areas of Kunming city, deeply discussion the internal mechanism of residential location to select, and predict the space form of the residential district of Kunming city in the future development.First of all, on the basis of careful combing for the theories at home and abroad on the location and location of urban residential areas in the past few years, the paper defines on the location, as well as residential location select and relevant basic concepts . Further more, the thesis carries on the district to the Kunming core area , uses Fan Wei, the calculation method of advantages and disadvantages, and give an analysis comparison to inferiorities and dominances of various areas position. At the same time, the paper uses the survey method, analysis the conduct of the residents to select the home, summarizes the influence rules of resident's income, age and education on the optional habitat behaviors ,and establishes choice model of residential area. Finally, this paper verifies choice model of the residential area , give an meta-analysis from economics, sociology, behavioral perspective ,and summes up the inner mechanism in selecting area residents. Also this paper carries on a survey on the residents of the future purchase intentions , with the distribution status of Kunming living, and predict future patterns of urban living space of Kunming. |
