| Urban transportation system is the basis of realizing the three functions of urban living, resting and working. The improvement of transportation system can not only save the travel time, but also can also affect the residents’ travel destination, travel mode, travel time and so on.And even can affect the residence and commercial location. As an important part of urban land use, residential land is the main source of traffic.Urban traffic demand is mainly caused by the separation among residential land, production activities, living activities and social activities. Therefore, the layout of the residential land and the behavior of people in the residential site will have an important impact on the urban spatial structure and the traffic system, and the relationship between the change of the traffic system and the location of the urban residents needs to be fully considered,as a basis for exploring the optimization strategy of urban transport system.Based on the analysis of the basic concepts and connotations of accessibility, this paper establishes an urban regional transport’s accessibility model based on utility model, combined with the factors affecting urban transport’s accessibility and common accessibility measure methods. The factors of different modes of transport time and cost, transfer, service quality and individual traveler attributes are considered in the model.Based on the analysis of residents’ travel survey data, this paper studies the impact of different factors on the housing choice behavior of residents from four aspects: housing attribute, community attribute, family attribute and traffic system attribute. The two-layer NL model with house type and residence is established, and the model parameters are calibrated and tested by SPSS software. The factors of house price, household income and regional reachability are considered in the model. This paper analyzes the influence of common traffic management strategies on residents’ travel behavior and regional accessibility, and then studies the behavior trends and changes of residents in residential location in the case of accessibility changes. This is based on the development of the corresponding urban development characteristics and needs of the traffic management strategy. |
