On The Development Of Wanjiawa Village, Yiliang County

In China, with the advance of urbanization in 21 Century, the space of urban and rural area changes quickly. Under the impact of city expanding, the industrial structure, environment, living conditions and so on, of the peri-urban village are having the deep transformation unceasingly. Accompanied by a series of problems and contradictions, the peri-urban village has developed in several models. The study summarizes four typical evolution models through the analysis of motivation and relative conditions, and tries to analyze the special industry and local characteristics of Wanjiawa Village, Yiliang County. Based on that, the study is to suppose a special evolution model of peri-urban village----Ecologic Garden Village.The first chapter is about the concepts and characteristics of "peri-urban village", and the four typical evolution models in the cases of Shenzhen and so on , based on analysis of the background and motivation of the peri-urban village development.In the second chapter, the thesis discusses the location, history, the community, the characteristics of industry and human settlements of Wanjiawa Village, and analyzes the problem of its sustainable development under the impact of urbanization.In the third chapter, the thesis , firstly analyzes the several impact factors in the further development of Wanjiawa village; secondly, develops Pareto Economic Model and strategic way of regeneration in explaining the superiority of flower industry in Wanjiawa Village, and explores measures in detail; thirdly analyzes development conditions of the suburb tourism in the method of ASEB, and supposes the developing ways accordingly.In the ending chapter, the thesis supposes a special evolution model ofperi-urban village----Ecologic Garden Village in case of Wanjiawa Village,and expatiates on every elements other than those of typical evolution models. At the same time, tries to reflect on urbanization, urban-rural incorporate development, and the suggestive significance of Ecologic Garden Village to the development of peri-urban village.
