Earthquake is natural phenomena. It has some characteristics, such as instant occurrence, difficult checking and early warning, serious secondary disaster, great social influence and so on. In our country, the study on seismic behavior of reinforced concrete and masonry structure is more while on steel structure is very little. In this paper, the development, characteristics, structure shape and anti-seismic capability of monolayer light weight steel structure industrial factory building is introduced. The finite element method, structural dynamic theory and structural analysis software SAP2000 are applied to investigate the dynamic characteristic and seismic behavior of lightweight steel structure workshop as well as the capability under seismic action combination and wind load action combination.Comparing the dynamic characteristics of single pan model and the whole workshop structure model, the results show that first order cycle is without big difference and the space model' first frequency is higher. For a seismic analysis of light weight steel structure, the response spectra and time history acceleration method are applied in the paper. The results of mode-superposition response spectrum method show that the crane mass will lead to strong local vibration where it is. The column top deflection and column foot reaction increase significantly. Using time history analysis method, the results of the whole workshop structure under rare earthquake show that the dynamic response is large when the amplitude of seismic wave is large and the column top deflection crane on is larger than others. It also shows that the maximum shear and maximum moment occurre at the same time. The column foot section is danger section. According to seismic action combination and wind load action combination, the former is the control load case of deflection. So when to design monolayer light weight steel structure industrial factory building, seismic checking should be carried on. By the analysis above, the seismic behavior of monolayer light weight steel structure industrial workshop is described in detail, which can be for reference to engineering design. |
