With the continuous development of tunnel construction technology,the country's requirements for tunnel engineering quality,operation safety,occupational health,construction efficiency and so on,as well as the people's awareness of environmental protection,will inevitably promote the development of tunnel construction equipment in a complete and systematic manner.The application of wet spray machine is more and more extensive,the demand is more and more,the construction quality and efficiency requirements are getting higher and higher.Studying a compact structure,centralized power and control,large production capacity,high efficiency and comprehensive mechanization,suitable for concrete in China.Wet sprayers used in jet construction are particularly urgent and important.This paper studies the XZPS30 wet spray trolley in terms of working range,concrete pumping mode,walking system,manipulator system and hydraulic system.The different pumping methods of concrete wet spray machines are compared and analyzed,and the plunger pump type conveying method with mature technology,high productivity,large conveying pressure and stability is adopted.Improvement measures have been proposed for the problems of the aggregate in the hopper,the super large aggregate or other debris in the concrete entering the hopper,the stirring shaft which is inconvenient to disassemble and replace,and the instability of the manipulator.Through the analysis and calculation of the hydraulic system of the wet spray machine,various parameters of the hydraulic system are determined,and the hydraulic components are selected.In order to adapt to various construction environments such as tunnels and slopes,the overall drive adopts a swing front axle,front and rear four-wheel drive,four-wheel steering,and a 180° rotation of the cab and console.Through the theoretical calculation method,the stability of the wet spray trolley was checked,and the anti-overturning ability of the wet spray trolley in different postures was verified.At the same time,the center of gravity and the maximum working slope were determined.According to the road passability and tunnel construction requirements,the equipment dimensions and the mechanical arm structure were designed.The three-dimensional software AUTODESK INVENTOR was used to carry out the overall three-dimensional model design and partial motion simulation.The finite element Patran force analysis software was used to analyze the strength of the frame.After analyzing the telescopic arm load and working conditions and setting the overall stability constraints,the hybrid discrete variable optimization design method is adopted to reduce the weight of the wet-jet frame telescopic boom.According to the analysis results,the thickness of the jacket wall is reduced.4mm,the weight is reduced by 17.4%,the overall space utilization,overall weight and structure have been optimized accordingly.Through analysis and research,a wet spray trolley with wide use,convenient operation and maintenance,low labor intensity,high construction efficiency,good working environment and excellent construction quality has been designed and developed.
